Biography
Quincy Snell is a Digital Health, Pharmacy Informatics, and Innovation Fellow at Rise Informatics. With a strong foundation in clinical pharmacy and a passion for data-driven healthcare, Quincy is dedicated to advancing healthcare practice through the thoughtful integration of technology, innovation, and medication safety.
Quincy earned her Doctorate of Pharmacy from Roseman University and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Pharmaceutical Sciences with an emphasis in Bioinformatics. Drawn to the field of informatics as the natural intersection between clinical practice and data science, Quincy is especially interested in pharmacogenomics, artificial intelligence in healthcare and innovative approaches to healthcare education and practice. In addition to the fellowship, she serves as a Grant Analyst for the Sharp Index, reflecting an interest in research funding, healthcare burnout solutions, and scalable innovation.
Through the Rise Informatics Fellowship, Quincy hopes to grow as a researcher, collaborator, and leader in the pharmacy informatics space. She is eager to contribute to meaningful projects that support safer, smarter healthcare systems and empower both clinicians and patients through technology and education.
