Megan is the most amazing preceptor. Her ability to customize the rotation according to student interests has really helped me be able to dive deep into what the role is/can be in mental health/psychiatric care for pharmacists. I really enjoyed the opportunity to explore my creative side and learning how important pharmacy informatics is across the board. The support that Megan provides is absolutely phenomenal and has not lost touch with what life is like as a student. I learned so many things that we don't see in school (grant writing, manuscript writing, app development, etc.) and I think learning and doing all these things will make me such a better pharmacist than if I didn't have exposure to these things. She fosters a really great learning environment and provides a safe space to share thoughts, feelings, etc. I think that EVERYONE should take her rotation!
